REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the limited nature and custom print-on-demand manufacturing of our releases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or address entry errors once an order has been placed.

MADE-TO-ORDER & SHIPPING TIMELINE
All items are custom manufactured upon purchase. 
- Please allow 5 to 7 business days for custom production and order processing before your tracking number is issued.
- Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
- Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to the email address provided at checkout as soon as your package is dispatched.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We strictly inspect quality control before fulfillment. However, if your item arrives physically damaged, misprinted, or defective:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at slatttmafia.us@gmail.com.
2. Include your Order Number, a clear photo of the damage/defects, and a photo of the shipping packaging label.
If verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & LOST PACKAGES
Customers are strictly responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. SLATTTMAFIA is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer entry error. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, SLATTTMAFIA is no longer liable.

STATEMENT DESCRIPTOR
Charges on your bank statement will appear directly under SLATTTMAFIA. If you have any questions regarding your order status, please reach out to slatttmafia.us@gmail.com prior to contacting your financial institution.
